Yeah I have heard too, that this guy was on the way out during the middle of the season. These boys could have went alot futher if they had a coach that knew how to coach a "boys" basketball team instead of treating it like a girls program. That is true, it is the coachs responsibility to bring up which players he wishes to nominate in front of the other coachs within the league. Another thing is that I dont know how any players can get nominated for anything when a player has more turnovers every game than they have rebounds, steals, points and assists.

The coach has to bring up the player's in the coaches meeting to be named All-League or Honorable Mention, what a joke this was turned into. Hopefully the new coaching position you applied for comes through, we can only pray.
